01 Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Daily Drip (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and subscribers. Continued use constitutes ongoing acceptance of any updates we make.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Daily Drip. By using the App, you confirm you meet this requirement.
02 What Daily Drip Is
Daily Drip is a personal finance app to help you manage daily spending through gamification, jar-based budgeting, and visual goal tracking.
- A daily spending tracker with jar-based budget allocation
- Streak tracking, XP systems, and challenges to build financial habits
- Visual summaries of income, savings, and spending patterns
- Notifications and insights to help you stay on track
Not financial advice
Daily Drip is a personal productivity tool, not a licensed financial advisory service. Nothing in the App constitutes professional financial, tax, investment, or legal advice.
Daily Drip does not connect to your bank accounts, credit cards, or any financial institution. All data is entered manually by you.
03 Your Account
To use Daily Drip, you must create an account. You are responsible for its security and all activity under it.
- Provide accurate and complete information when registering
- Keep your login credentials confidential
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use
- Use only one account per person without explicit written permission
04 Acceptable Use
Use Daily Drip only for personal financial tracking and habit building. The following are prohibited:
- Attempting to access, tamper with, or disrupt the App's servers
- Reverse engineering or extracting the App's source code
- Using bots or automated scripts to interact with the App
- Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your identity
- Commercial use without our written consent
- Circumventing security or access control measures
05 Subscriptions and Billing
Daily Drip offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Details are presented clearly before any purchase.
- Paid plans are billed monthly or annually based on your choice
- Prices are in Philippine Peso (PHP) inclusive of applicable taxes
- Fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- Cancel anytime; access continues until the billing period ends
The free tier will always remain free. We will never convert a free-tier feature to paid without at least 60 days notice.
06 Intellectual Property
Daily Drip and all its content, design, code, graphics, logos, and gamification systems are owned by or licensed to Symph, protected by Philippine and international IP laws.
You retain ownership of data you enter. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to provide our services to you.
07 Disclaimer of Warranties
Daily Drip is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
Financial outcomes depend on your personal circumstances and many factors outside our control. Daily Drip supports your habits but does not guarantee financial results.
08 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Symph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages from your use of the App.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months, or PHP 500.00, whichever is greater.
09 Termination
You may delete your account at any time from App settings. No penalties apply.
We may suspend or terminate your access without prior notice if you violate these Terms, engage in harmful conduct, or attempt to circumvent security measures.
10 Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email at least 14 days before taking effect.
Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
